RhythmBreathe ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Lunar Pixel B.V. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use the RhythmBreathe mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
RhythmBreathe does not require an account. No email address, password, or personal identifier is collected. The following data is stored exclusively on your device:
- Session logs — duration, number of cycles, and quality score for each completed breathing session.
- Notification preferences — whether daily reminders are enabled and the time you have set.
- Optional name — if you choose to enter your name for a personalised greeting, it is stored locally on your device only.
No personal data is transmitted to our servers or stored in the cloud.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalise your RhythmBreathe experience entirely on your device.
- To deliver push notifications and reminders you have explicitly enabled.
- To process in-app purchases via RevenueCat.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
All breathing session data, preferences, and any optional personal details you provide are stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage. No data leaves your device except as described in Section 4. There are no servers storing your personal health data.
4. Third-Party Services
- RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management. RevenueCat may process a pseudonymous user identifier and purchase receipts to validate your subscription. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
- Expo Push — push notification delivery. If you enable reminders, a push notification token is sent to Expo's push infrastructure solely to deliver your chosen reminders. No other personal data is shared.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Because no account exists and no personal data is stored on our servers, there is nothing to delete remotely. All on-device data can be removed at any time by uninstalling the app. If you disable reminders, your push notification token is no longer used.
6. Children's Privacy
RhythmBreathe is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notice. The updated policy will always be available at this URL.
